Hardware issues can cause other issues besides problems booting up. For example, maybe your wireless card quit working on your laptop, preventing you from getting online. These problems are easily remedied by Fred's PC Help. I will diagnosis, and if there is any way to repair the existing part, I will, otherwise we may have to order a part. Please remember that the $69 labor charge doesn't cover any parts. However, you aren't required to buy parts through Fred's PC Help.
