The most efficient way to fix most computer problems is when I have them staged at my home office where I am setup to do so. This gives me time to scan computers for viruses, recover bad areas of the hard drive, defragment, update themselves, etc. This allows Fred's PC Help to work on multiple computers at the same time, ensuring you still get a fast resolution. Average turn around on most computer problems will be 2-3 days. More severe problems or cases where we need to order parts will take longer, but you can always count on me to let you know status updates about the condition of your machine.

I've spent a good deal of my life fixing computers as a profession and as a hobby. There really isn't anything that surprises me anymore when it comes to a malfunctioning PC(or any electronic device for that matter). My point being, if you want someone who can give you a diagnosis in a very short amount of time, and have the needed tools to fix your problem fast, you need to get Fred instead. If you bring a computer problem to me that I can't fix due to my lack of expertise, or don't have the right tool for the job, I guarantee you won't pay anything. If I diagnose your problem and you decide that you don't want to fix it, (because it will cost too much to replace the faulty part, etc.) you only owe $20 for a diagnostic fee.
